Our salary administration was a manual process prior to converting to BalancedComp. We would have to subscribe to compensation surveys, compare our positions to those listed in the surveys, construct the pay scale, and attempt to keep it updated. We were looking for an online, automated process to take the tasks and busy work out of salary administration.
