November brought some massive changes to BalancedComp and BalancedResults, from a revolutionary Turnover Report to expanded and redesigned Feedback Sessions. These updates not only offer insight into turnover trends but also enhance the user experience for both supervisors and admins, making it easier to manage feedback and track performance.

NEW: Turnover Report – for your system vs. the averages of all asset sizes
Since 2020, we’ve tracked how many employees were added and archived within your BalancedComp system during a particular year. We now pull those numbers and provide your turnover percentage for each year you’ve been a client. We have also taken it a step further by providing you with the average turnover percentage of all BalancedComp clients in every industry and asset size.

NEW: Feedback Session Redesign + Employee Comments + Admin Actions
We’ve given the Feedback Sessions page in BalancedResults a fresh look to match our evolving design system. Along with the update, we’ve also made it more useful—employees can now add comments, just like supervisors could before.

Additionally, we’ve added two new actions for administrators managing overdue sessions: they can now send reminder emails to participants and mark the session as incomplete if needed.

IMPROVED: BalancedResults Supervisor Events
We’ve expanded what supervisors can see when they click on “Events” in BalancedResults! Now, instead of just viewing their own personal events, they’ll see all the feedback sessions and final reviews for their direct reports.
