NEW: Alert company admins when new employees are missing user accounts
We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to streamline system administration. Managing large systems can be complex; one challenge for BalancedResults and BalancedRewards is when new employees are added to the system, but their user accounts are not immediately activated. This oversight can lead to system errors and access confusion, especially when the employees are plan supervisors.

To address this, we’ve implemented visual notifications in the main navigation and added language on the Users page to highlight instances of new employees without user accounts. This proactive approach brings attention to this edge case, empowering company admins to quickly resolve it and ensure smooth system operation.

 

New: Ability to unset a rating
We’re thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to the rating process. In BalancedResults, we’ve always allowed users to edit the ratings they’ve entered. However, if a rating was entered prematurely and needed to be unset, it often required contacting support.

Our latest update simplified this process by transitioning our “edit” function to “undo.” Now, any user can unset a rating as long as the plan isn’t locked. This adjustment empowers users with greater flexibility and autonomy, enabling them to manage ratings with ease and efficiency.

 

New: Training links in BalancedComp
A convenient new feature that enhances your training experience just launched in BalancedComp! We understand the importance of ongoing education, which is why we’ve added direct links to our year-round client training sessions. For now, this includes our monthly Importer training as well as our seasonal Budget Builder training sessions. Accessing valuable training resources is now easier than ever, ensuring you stay informed and empowered to make the most of our platform.
