This month, we’re thrilled to introduce our largest BalancedResults feature yet, empowering employees with the option to enter self-ratings. Additionally, we’ve addressed a commonly reported issue from our support team, streamlining the password reset process for smoother navigation.

NEW: Option for employee to enter self-ratings
We are unveiling our most significant BalancedResults feature to date: the option for employees to enter self-ratings. This highly requested feature has been eagerly anticipated by our clients and prospects alike. With self-ratings, employees have the opportunity to tangibly assess and share their reflections on performance, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.

This also allows for gap analysis between employee and supervisor perspectives. Employees can gain valuable insights that help them enhance their skills and advance, and supervisors can identify areas where expectations and communication are not aligned.

While not all clients may take advantage of this feature, we’re excited to provide the option, empowering you to tailor your process to best suit your needs.

IMPROVED: Password Reset workflow
At BalancedComp, our support team works hand in hand with our product team. Consequently, we recognized and have now addressed the confusion that sometimes arose from users resetting their passwords directly on our login page. Moving forward, users will be walked through a unique password-reset-centric process, bringing clarity and focus!

IMPROVED: Score Breakdown page and Comments and Notes triggers
As we implemented employee self-evaluations, we revamped the comments and notes triggers visually, aligning them with our design patterns elsewhere. Additionally, since the Score Breakdown page will show employee and supervisor ratings (as appropriate), we also revamped those styles. These changes reflect our commitment to providing a cohesive and user-friendly experience, making it easier than ever to navigate and engage with BalancedResults.
